Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make uniform drawing force exert on a paper roll over the entire breadth thereof by drawing out the rolled face paper end parallel to the shaft direction of the paper roll via a drawing-out member making linear parallel displacement.
CONSTITUTION: When face paper drawn out along a guide plate 21 on the rotation of a paper roll reaches a pair of opened pinch rollers 23, the rollers 23 close to fix the face paper. In this state, an oscillation roller 22 comes in contact with the reinforced section of the guide plate 21. Then, a drawing-out shaft 19 at a shandy position on the loft of a face paper passage and a bearing 18 fixed to a plate together with a cylinder body, 15 become as if integrated, on the operation of the body 15, and bescend along the first inclined shafts 16a and 16b, and the second inclined shafts 17a and 17b. Then, the face paper is drawn out from the roller 22 and the shaft 19 moving down at every moment in the passage of the pinch rollers 23. According to this construction, the face paper is evenly pulled in a breadthwise direction, and tension becomes constant.
