PURPOSE: To prevent deflection by the dead weight of a roller or a paper winding shaft and to stably feed paper by supporting the outer surface of a bearing by way of installing the bearing free to rotate in the central part of the paper winding shaft and providing a bearing receiver under the bearing.

CONSTITUTION: The outer surface of a bearing 12 installed in the central part of a paper winding shaft 6 is supported by a bearing receiver 13. Consequently, the central part of the paper winding shaft 6 is supported by this so that deflection of the paper winding shaft 6 is prevented and stable paper feed is carried out. Additionally, the paper winding shaft 6 is never damaged.
