Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder and an image forming device capable of separating a call roller from a sheet when a feed roller stops, without providing a complicated high-cost release mechanism.
SOLUTION: The call roller 12 is supported by a roller support member 13 swingable around a shaft 21 of the feed roller 20, the shaft 21 of the feed roller 20 is provided with a reverse rotation prevention member 40 through a one-way clutch having a connection direction that is an opposite rotational direction to a rotational direction for sending the sheet, and the reverse rotation prevention member 40 is abutted on a lower side face of the roller support member 13.
