To reduce the number of part items without need for a gear by fitting a supersonic oscillator coaxially to the rotating shaft of a platen and rotating the platen, and provide cost reduction by simplifying the structure of a device.

The rotating shaft 2 of a platen 1 is supported by bearings 4, 6 fitted on supporting members 3, 6 respectively. A central supporting member 18 inserted and fitted in the central hole 17a of a link-shaped supersonic oscillator 17 is fixed at a supporting member 5. The rotating shaft 2 of the platen 1 passes through the center of the central supporting member 18 and is fixed at a jointing member 20 jointed to a driving member 19 brought into contact with the end surface of the supersonic oscillator 17. When AC power is applied to the supersonic oscillator 17, rotational vibration occurs at the end surface of the supersonic oscillator 17, so that the driving member 19 rotates, and the platen 1 is rotated by rotating the rotating shaft 2 fixed at the jointing member 20.
