PURPOSE: To facilitate a paper supply from a copy paper resupply mechanism in a copying machine by providing a stopper in front of a paper delivery position on the lower end side of an inclined stacker provided under endless belts with an inclination reverse to the direction in which a single-sided copy paper is delivered, reversing the paper and aligning the leading ends of the reversed papers by the stopper.
CONSTITUTION: A copy paper R fed through a double-sided copy path 5 is received between an upper and a lower guide plates 17 and 18, respectively, and fed between a roller 22 and a plurality of endless belts 21 stretched between pulleys 19 and 20. The paper R is reversed along a reversing guide plate 23 provided along the circumference of a pulley 19 and delivered from a pressing roller 24 at a point 25 whereat the paper is pinched between the roller 24 and the endless belts 21. A stopper 31 is provided near the lower end of an inclined stacker 8 under a paper reversing mechanism 7 so as to freely come in and out of the paper path by means of a solenoid or the like. The papers R delivered from the stacker 8, stopped by the stopper 31, and then stacked, and delivered one by one from the top of the stack. Thus, the papers reversed and then stacked are exactly arranged in order and any ineffective mechanism is removed, contributing to reduce the size of the apparatus.
