Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil and water content-adjustable functional paper excellent in air-permeability, having oil-resistant and water-resistant properties and a container by use of the functional paper, without increase of working processes like a laminating process of a new resin layer, by adding an agent only on a necessary layer at the paper-making process on making the paper.
SOLUTION: This oil and water content-adjustable functional paper 1 is constituted of the inner layers 10, intermediate layers 20, and outer layers 30 which are laid in sequence as a multi-layer structure. The inner layer 10 is indefinite in size and water-resistant and it absorbs and permeates oil, water, and steam. The intermediate layer 20 is constituted of a plurality of layers chiefly made of used paper pulp which absorbs and permeates oil and steam and does not easily absorb water drops and which is provided with a water- resistant property. Rosin resin, acrylic resin, etc., are added as the water- resistant agent. The outer layer 30 does not permeate oit but permeates steam and it is an oil-repellent layer. It is chiefly made of virgin pulp and perfluoroalkyl phosphate, acrylic resin, etc., are added as the oil-repellent agent.
