A pair of paper bending guides 23 and 23 having a guide surface 23a of gradually reducing a mutual separate distance toward an upper end part from the lower end part, are arranged in the upper end part of a paper holding surface 22a in a paper holding plate body 22. The lower side of the cutform paper 27 is maintained in a flat state suitable for taking in the paper by smoothly and gradually strengthening the bending in the paper width direction of the cutform paper 27 toward the upper side from the lower side of the paper 27, and the backward hanging-down of the cutform paper 27 is also prevented by strengthening apparent stiffness on the upper side of the cutform paper 27.
