To provide a paper laminate having excellent impact resistance and processability.SOLUTION: In a paper laminate where a barrier film layer, a paper substrate layer, and a heat seal layer are stacked in this order, when the longitudinal tensile energy absorption measured in accordance with JIS P 8113:2006 is X1, the transverse tensile energy absorption is Y1, the longitudinal specific tensile energy absorption measured in accordance with JIS P 8113:2006 is X2, and the transverse specific tensile energy absorption is Y2, the synergistic mean of X1 and Y1 is 120 J/m2 or more, and the synergistic average of X2 and Y2 is 1.8 J/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
