Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processing apparatus capable of wrapping paper sheets while aligning the paper sheets in a front-and-back direction and a top-and-bottom direction.SOLUTION: A paper sheet processing apparatus (bill processing apparatus 1) comprises a body 10, an identification unit 18, accumulation units (first to fifth accumulation units 51-55) for accumulating paper sheets, a wrapping unit 7 for wrapping paper sheets, and inversion units (first inversion unit 21 and second inversion unit 22) disposed between the identification unit and the accumulation units, for aligning paper sheets to be wrapped both in a front-and-back direction and a top-and-bottom direction by selectively inverting the front-and-back direction and the top-and-bottom direction of the paper sheets according to an identification result from the identification unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
