Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent read performance from being lowered by keeping exactness in the read result and improving processing efficiency. SOLUTION: A system computer 5 determines the number or amount of relevant batches while designating batch numbers, initializes a present-time check file, which is a file for checking the relevant batches, receives read information read by a main body 1 of paper sheets OCR, writes the OCR code (document number) of each of documents in the present-time check file, checks whether or not the same OCR code already exists since the OCR code becomes a key, reads a last-time check file with the OCR code as a key, checks the presence/absence of corresponding data, checks whether or not the number and amount of the relevant batches are coincident when the document is completely read, changes the present-time check file to the last-time check file when they are coincident, and the next batch is read.
