PURPOSE: To obtain excellent adhesiveness and non-air permeability by laminating and heat crimping films A, B which are composed of a resin which has a structure identical or similar to that of a thermoplastic resin forming a web and has a melting point or a melt viscosity equal to or higher than that of the thermoplastic resin, and a resin with a low melting point with the film A positioned on the web side.
CONSTITUTION: A dense paper machine-made stampable sheet is made integrally by laminating and heat crimping films A, B to a sheet web 1 obtained by paper machine-making a mixture of a thermoplastic resin and reinforced fibers with the film A, positioned on the web side. As a resin to form the film A, one having a structure identical or similar to that of the thermoplastic resin forming the web and a melting point or melt viscosity equal to or surpassing that of the thermoplastic resin is used. As a resin to form the film B, one having a structure identical to or similar to that of the thermoplastic resin forming the web and having a low melting point is used.
