Title:
PAPER MACHINE AND PAPER-MAKING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3891955
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper machine for making a paper raw material layer to travel and simultaneously removing water to make the paper, which can efficiently dehydrate the paper raw material layer, and to provide a method for making the paper, by which the paper raw material can efficiently be dehydrated.
SOLUTION: This paper machine for holding a paper raw material liquid 1a injected from a head box 2 in a layer-like shape, making the paper raw material layer 1 to travel, and simultaneously removing the water is characterized by disposing a steam type heating means 6 and an adjusting means 11 in a part for removing the water. The steam type heating means 6 is disposed as a heating means for heating the paper raw material layer 1 to accelerate the removal of the water, and supplies steam to the paper raw material layer 1 to heat the paper raw material layer 1 by the condensation action of the steam. The adjusting means 11 is used for adjusting a steam supply state with the steam type heating means 6 in response to the raw material concentration state of the paper raw material layer 1 to adjust the paper raw material layer 1 to a pre-set target temperature, when the paper raw material layer 1 passes through the steam type heating means 6.
