To simply and very inexpensively provide a cap with a visor, hardly causing deformation.
The paper-made cap with the visor 1 is formed by one cardboard as follows. Body parts 2a and a top part 2b are opened in an arc shape at the rear part of the opposite side of the visor 1, and the body parts 2a are cut at the rear part of the opposite side of the visor. A belt 3 extended from the edge terminal of the body part 2a is formed at one body part 2a, and a cut hole 2c in a truncated chevron shape is formed at the terminal part of the other body part 2a. The size around the waist part is regulated by inserting the belt 3 into the cut hole 2c, and a shape-holding fragment 5 for holding the shape of the crown by being bent inside along the arc in the arc-shaped open end of the rear part of the top part 2b at the arc-shaped open end of the rear part of the top part 2b, and a plurality of spaces 6 extending from the base of the visor 1 to the root of the shape-holding fragment 5 are formed. A covering fragment 4 covering a part of a circular hole of the rear part of the top part 2b formed into the arc shape is formed.
