PURPOSE: To introduce wet paper having sufficient wetting degree to a roll side by laying a specific guiding material at a front side of dehydrating roll, piling a paper making net on a paper making belt and guiding to the top of the dehydrating roll.

CONSTITUTION: A multideflector 50 is laid in a nonrotary state at a front side of a dehydrating roll and a paper making net 4 and a transporting felt 8 are introduced to the side of the dehydrating roll 14 by a guiding face 52 of the multideflector. Curvature radius R2 of the guiding face 52 is made larger curvature radius R1 of the dehydrating roll 14 and the guiding face 52 is set in parallel to peripheral face of the dehydrating roll 14. Facial pressure occurring between the dehydrating roll and transporting felt is reduced and the transporting felt is provided with tension equivalent to the reduction pressure.
