A paper-money bundle processing machine includes: a paper-money bundle setting unit 10 capable of setting the unit paper-money bundle having a number equal to the second predetermined number, wherein the bundle includes the first predetermined number of paper money and is subjected to wrapping processing by winding a first binding tape around it; a RFID reader 20 which reads RFID data about paper money including money-type data of the paper-money written in an IC chip in an inlet formed on the set paper money; a CPU which discriminates and counts the paper money included in one or more unit paper-money bundles from the read RFID data about the paper money; and a paper-money bundle generating means which is controlled by the CPU and generates the paper-money bundle including the unit paper-money bundles of the number equal to the second predetermined number by winding a second binding tape T around the unit paper-money bundles set in the paper-money bundle setting unit 10 and having the number equal to the second predetermined number.
