Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a stack drum at a prescribed position when the variance of load is caused by counting the time that is needed for revolutions of the stack drum to reach the prescribed position and deciding the time when the stack drum is revolved up to the prescribed position and then the power feed is stopped to a stack motor.
SOLUTION: A time counting part 4 counts the time when a carrier switch detected by a carrier SW detection part 1 keeps an ON state, and a timer value calculation part 3 calculates the time to be counted by a timer 2 according to the ON time of the carrier switch which is counted by the part 4. The timer 2 counts the time that is calculated by the part 3, and a motor controller 5 stops the power feed to a stack motor when the timer 2 counts a prescribed time. Then the part 3 changes the set time of the timer 2 in response to the counting result time of the part 4 when the carrier switch is changed from an ON state to an OFF state. Thus, the stack drum can be stopped at a constant position.
