A return path for a received paper money is constituted from the 1st store part 20 through the conveyance paths L4, L7, and L6, and the money reception opening 15. Further, a money payment path 18 is constituted from the cartridges C1-C3 through conveyance paths L11, L12, L13, L14, L1, L2, L3, L4, L6, and L7, and the money payment opening 16. A paper money whose denomination can not be decided is returned during paper money distribution loading by utilizing the money payment opening 16.
