Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a small and high-performance paper money receiving and paying device capable of the processing of some operation such as reception, payment, replenishment, collection of money with the constitution of a simple and small carrier path.
CONSTITUTION: The paper money carrier path of the paper money receiving and paying device is composed of a main carrier path A which is annular and capable of carrying paper money bi-directionally and plural branch carrier paths connecting this main carrier path A and respective paper money separation and collection parts. Then, a discerning part 4 capable of carrying bi-directionally and discerning is arranged on the main carrier path A, and a control means is provided so as to control the discerning part 4 to immediately suspend the operation of separation from the paper money separation part. at the time of generating a reject paper money while operating separation, carrying and collection, to continue the driving of the main carrier path A and the branch carrier paths to carry paper money, which is already transferred-out, as it is, to collect normal paper money in a prescribed collection part, at the same time to carry reject paper money annurarly within the main carrier path A without taking-in anywhere and to carry the main carrier path A in an opposite direction, when completely finishing the collection of normal paper money, so as to carry reject paper money in the opposite direction to be collected in the housing destination of reject paper money.
