PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional folding device becomes a large size and a folding position becomes inaccurate.
SOLUTION: After sheets of paper are introduced to two conveying means, conveying directions of both conveying means are made opposite to each other. A branch conveying passage branched from a main conveying passage is provided on a conveying passage for conveying the paper sheets between both conveying means and carrying out a folding.
