To provide a paper for preparing a sealed letter with a copy form which contains entered private information in the way that it is not discernible from outside and enables preparing of the sealed letter, minimizing excess paper waste.
This paper for preparing a sealed letter with a copy form is made up of mutually superposed three sheet-like bases, the top first sheet-like base serving as an application copy form with an entry column on the surface and a second sheet-like base right under the top first sheet-like base and a third sheet-like base right under the second sheet-like base being bonded together in one piece. In addition, on a pressure-sensitive adhesive of a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied zone of the third sheet-like base, the release agent applied zone of the second sheet-like base is superposed and attached releasably. The second sheet-like base is perforated between the part where the above release agent applied zone is formed and a part other than the former, and only the part where the release agent applied zone is formed of the second sheet-like base is separable. Further, on the upper surface of the second sheet-like base, there is an adhesive applied zone formed in the zone where the adhesive is applied of the zone which superposes the opposite zone where the release agent applied zone is located on the back, and which is superposed on the area where the release agent on the back side, and also, the adhesive of the adhesive applied zone is applied to this zone.
