Title:
PAPER-PRODUCING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004204375
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a paper-producing system in which three processes are shortened into two processes in a sheet-forming process as the core function of a paper-producing process using wire parts and by which the product having a remarkably improved quality can be produced at a lowest cost (the remarkable decrease in defective product, the lowering of maintenance cost due to the decrease in failure rate, the increase of production).

In a conventional paper-producing system comprising a head box 10 for supplying a pulp liquid, an outer wire part 20, an inner wire part 30, a press part 40, and a drier part 50, the function of the inner wire part 30 is omitted, and the outer wire part 20 is connected to the press part 40 to shorten the three processes into two processes. Thus, the processes are clearly simplified, and the reproduction process is remarkably improved to give the product having a high quality at a low cost.
