Abstract:
To provide an inexpensively-manufacturable paper shaft having improved strength, and difficult to slip; and to provide a swab using the same.SOLUTION: In a paper shaft 2 formed by winding a paper sheet, an embossed groove 4 extending in a circumferential direction or in an axial direction is formed at least on a center area 2b in the axial direction.
