Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically learn the counting termination of paper moneys by permitting a reading means to read ID information recorded in paper sheets, permitting a collation means to collate ID information which is read with ID information which is read at the beginning and permitting a discrimination means to discriminate it be a counting division that all the paper sheets in a safe are circulated when ID information are matched.
SOLUTION: When paper moneys in a 1000 yen safe C1 is counted, plural paper moneys stored in the safe are paid out in order one by one and are circulated/transported. An image pickup part 16 sequentially reads ID information which are circulated/transported and which are peculiar to paper moneys. ID information which are read are stored in a RAM and they are collated with ID information stored in the RAM whenever information is read. When information is collated with ID information which is read at the beginning and they are matched, it can be discriminated that it is counting division that all paper moneys in the safe are circulated. It is recognized and the termination of counting can be learnt. Thus, all paper moneys in the 1000 yen safe C1 can automatically be counted.
