PAPER SHEET CONVEYING METHOD BY VIBRATION AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct vibrating conveyance by moving a conveying member periodically in respective strokes of lowering, feeding, raising and returning movements given to a paper sheet on a receiving base.
SOLUTION: A paper sheet P is placed on a receiving base 1 fixed laterally with the friction coefficient of the receiving base upper surface 1a set small. A conveyance member 2 is prepared laterally at the upper position of the receiving base 1, and the conveyance back surface 2a is prepared just above the paper sheet P and is arranged to a starting origin position S1. The conveyance member 2 is lowered in the R1 direction, and the conveyance back surface 2a is brought into pressure-contact with the top surface P of the paper sheet P to finish a lowering stroke J1. The conveyance member 2 is transferred in the R2 direction to complete the feeding stroke J2 in which the paper sheet P is slid by a prescribed distance (r) on the receiving base upper surface 1a. The conveyance member 2 is raised in the R3 direction to be transferred to the raising stroke J3 in which the conveyance back surface 2a is separated from the paper sheet P. The returning stroke J4 is finished by returning the conveyance member 2 to the starting origin position S1 in the R4 direction and a single process for conveying the paper sheet P by a distance (r) is conducted.
