PURPOSE: To prevent paper sheets from interfering with each other to stably introduce the following paper sheets into an impeller, by providing a plurality of blades on the peripheral surface section of a cylindrical core, and by forming the cylindrical core in such a shape that the parts between the blades are inclined.
CONSTITUTION: A paper sheet B2 obliquely entering into between blade sections 10, is introduced until it abuts against an inclined cut section between the blade sections 10. Accordingly, the paper sheets obliquely entering at a skew angle θare introduced as is the paper sheet B2 as indicated by the solid line, and the trailing ends of the paper sheets may be introduced into the impeller 10, in excess of h. This h is equal to Ltanθ where L is the obliquely cut width. Accordingly, an extra gap h may be obtained between the trailing end of the paper sheet B2 and the leading end of the next paper sheet entering into the impeller 10, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the paper sheets from interfering with each other. Thereby, it is possible to stably introduce the following paper sheets into the impeller 10.
