The paper sheet discrimination system includes a paper sheet processor for handing one or more paper sheets and a host computer connected to the paper sheet processor. The paper sheet processor reads the feature information of the paper sheets including unique information for identifying the paper sheets and featured values showing the various states of the paper sheets. The host computer includes a storage part for storing the unique information and featured values of the paper sheets read by the paper sheet processor in association, and a control part for discriminating the authenticity of each paper sheet on the basis of the feature information of the paper sheets. The control part makes the storage part store the feature information of the paper sheets discriminated to be counterfeits as counterfeit information.
