Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-processing device creasing a paper sheet and capable of preventing deviation of a folding position and damage of the paper sheet.
SOLUTION: A section 80m to be creased of the paper sheet 80 is pulled into a nip N of a pair of folding rollers 46 by a folding means to perform folding processing (Fig. 3 (b)) forming a fold F on the paper sheet 80. Opening processing (Fig. 3 (c)) for opening the paper sheet 80 and returning it into a conveyance passage 41 is performed by an opening means. At least either of the folding processing and the opening processing is set by staggering start timing of each pair of conveyance rollers 43, 44 and start timing of a pair of folding rollers 46 from each other so as to loosen parts between a pair of folding rollers 46 of the paper sheet 80 and each pair of conveyance rollers 43, 44, respectively.
