When a large number of paper sheets are automatically turned over, the inclined lower end of stacked paper sheets in an inclined manner on an initial turning-over table 64 is fixed to a turning-over supporting point by a supporting means, the stacked paper sheets are turned over one by one by a turning-over roller 63 which is provided opposite to the free end side of the other end, the turned-over paper sheets are tilted on the other inclined stacking table 65, and the supporting means releases the turning-over supporting side of the paper sheets, and stacks the turned-over paper sheets on the inclined stacking table 65.
