The driving shaft 21 has a stopper pin 25 in part of the rotating circumference, and the pulley 26 has a projection 26a on part of the rotating circumference. The rotary disk 29 has a projection 29b which is provided on part of the rotating circumference and abutted on the stopper pin 25, and a projection 29a which is provided on part of the rotating circumference and abutted on the projection 26a.
