Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the filing work by controlling the punching so as to punch a tip and a rear end of a recording paper with a mode of copying plural documents on one recording paper with a single-sided copying mode.
SOLUTION: Position and number of punch hole 110 to be formed in a recording paper is changed in response to a copying mode, for example, punch holes are drilled at a tip and a rear end of the recording paper or drilled at two positions of a central part. A copy mode of copying two pieces of documents on the single side of a recording paper and a punch mode of drilling a punch hole at a tip and a rear end of the recording paper P are selected when necessary. Punch holes 110 are automatically provided at the tip and the rear end of the recording paper P. The drilled recording paper P is folded into two so that an image formed surface is arranged outside, and both the punch holes 110 are overlapped with each other so that filing can be performed immediately. With this structure, filing holes 10 can be formed at positions easy to be filed at the time of filing, and the total working time including the work from drilling to the filing can be shortened.
