Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper slip compression sealing apparatus capable of compressing paper slip and housing a mass of compressed paper slips in a bag and sealing them automatically.
SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a cyclone chamber 2 for separating paper slips and paper powder, a compression chamber 3 for receiving paper slips P, an attachment part 4 being set around an opening of the compression chamber 3 for attaching a tube-shaped bag body H, compression means 5 for compressing paper slips P to be extruded as a mass of paper slips into the bag body H attached to the attachment part 4, movement means 6 for allowing the extruded mass S of paper slips to be moved in the extrusion direction along with the bag body H, and thereafter to be moved in its original direction, sealing means 7 for carrying out the withdrawal movement of the movement means 6 and sealing of a contraction part of the bag body H by the vacuum of the cyclone chamber 2, and cutting means 8 for cutting the bag body H along its sealing part.
