Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam heat insulating paper container which reduces variation caused by places of a permeation amount of water vapor generated from a paper substrate and uniformly foams a thermoplastic resin layer, and thereby has excellent heat insulating property and beauty of its surface, and to provide a paper substrate for foam heat insulating paper container and a sheet for foam heat insulating paper container used in production of the same.SOLUTION: A paper substrate 3 for foam heat insulating paper container has a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol layer 2 containing an alkyl ketene dimer on at least one surface of a paper substrate 1. A sheet for foam heat insulating paper container has a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol layer containing an alkyl ketene dimer between the paper substrate and a thermoplastic resin layer. A foam heat insulating paper container uses foam heat insulating paper in at least one of a barrel member and a bottom plate member, where the foam heat insulating paper has a foam resin layer formed from a thermoplastic resin on at least one surface of a paper substrate, and has a partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol layer containing an alkyl ketene dimer between the paper substrate and the thermoplastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
