Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper treatment device having saddle stitch and middle folding function increasing the loading amount of a paper bundle saddle-stitched, folded double, and capable of using in common with a delivery tray of regular paper not folded double.
SOLUTION: This paper treatment device has a saddle-stitching means; a middle folding means; and a loading tray loading delivered paper or paper bundle, and the central part of the paper bundle sent from a paper output device is stitched with the saddle-stitching means, the stitched paper bundle is folded double with the middle folding means, and double folded paper bundle is loaded on the loading tray. The paper bundle double folded with the middle folding means is delivered with facing the double folded side toward the tip with folding rollers 451, 452. The delivery direction of the double folded paper bundle is faced vertically downward with an opening/closing end fence 311, reversed, and the paper bundle is loaded on the slanting lower lading tray 3.
