PURPOSE: To provide a paper turn over agent of high quality which leaves no slimy feeling at the using time and has continuous turn-over effects while the change with time, e.g. reduction in volume or perspiration, etc., is suppressed.

CONSTITUTION: This paper turn over agent has the basic composition wherein a water-soluble self-adhesive resin such as water-soluble polypeptide, water-soluble acrylic resin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone or the like is blended with water and a moisturizer. It is possible to use the agent in various kinds of states, for example, in the solid state, in the creamy state, or in the impregnated state, etc.
