To wind paper by a uniform thickness, and minimize a space part which is formed on the wound paper, and provide a specified strength which is required for the manufacture of an industrial art object by a method wherein a paper winding utensil is constituted of two shaft rods which have a specified length and are approx. in parallel, and a handle to which the shaft rods are fixed, and which rotates the shaft rods.

One end of a paper 20 such as a newspaper and an advertisement paper is folded, and a shaft rod 15 on one side is located on the inside of the folded paper 20, and a shaft rod 16 on the other side is located on the outside of the folded paper 20, and under this state, when a handle 11 is rotated by holding a knob 14 with the shaft rods 15, 16 as a pivot, by the rotating force of the handle 11, the shaft rods 15, 16 rotate, and the paper 20 is wound. After winding the paper 20 by rotating the handle 11, an adhesive such as a bond or a glue is applied on the end part of the paper 20, and the end part is affixed, and thus, the paper 20 is prevented from being released, and is firmly fixed. Also, a space part which is formed inside of the paper 20 which is wound into a bar-shape, is minimized, and a specified strength which is required for the manufacture of an industrial art object can be obtained.
