PURPOSE: To provide a paper with number (Zeichen in German) in which a runner can hold tightly a small sized transmitter contained during its racing and from which the transmitter is not fallen off.

CONSTITUTION: A folded part is formed in the entire lower part of a display section 2 of the Zeichen made of paper. A hold section 4 is provided to both ends of the folded part and a cut-part is provided in the middle. The upper half of the cut part is sectioned by a cut line G with respect to the hold section 4 and the lower half is cut off. An adhesive face coated with an adhesive is formed on the entire rear side of the hold section 4 and the entire outer circumference of the rear side of the cut part and a holding face without the adhesive is provided in the middle. A small sized transmitter T is placed to the hold face and when the cut part 5 is folded and stuck onto the adhesive face, a container part 5A in which the small sized transmitter T is contained is formed. A discrimination face D colored in red different from the white display section 2 is provided on the front face of the container part 5A.
