Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing excellently even in use of recycled paper by including a base material, a smooth layer formed on the base material and making the surface of the base material smooth, and a pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer formed on the smooth layer and applied with an adhesive agent.
SOLUTION: A smooth surface 12 is formed by applying medium ink or the like on the sheet of a base material by rotary printing method such as an offset method. In this case, paper dust of the base material 11 is adhered to rollers of an offset rotary machine, so that paper dust is removed from the base material 11. Next, a pressure sensitive adhesive agent is applied to the sheet manufactured by the above mentioned process by means of a gravure printing processing machine or the like. Besides, the base material 11 is to be a carrier of paper with a pressure sensitive adhesive agent, and is manufactured by recycled paper. Then, the smooth layer 12 serves to make the surface even by filling the unevennesses existing on the surface of the base material. Also, the pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer 13 is a layer applied with a pressure sensitive adhesive agent to be adhered separably through the application of pressure.
