Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize and enhance economy of recover of end scrap or a recycle to raw material by providing guide plates at both sides near a flow box for orienting slurry discharged from a suction box in contact with a rear side of a porous belt of a traveling papermaking strip and the box of a front end of the strip to inside.
SOLUTION: Slurry S obtained by kneading hydraulic raw material such as cement and the like and woody reinforcing fiber material is supplied into a flow box 3, spread in a sector-like state, and discharged onto a porous belt 5 of a traveling papermaking strip 4 while balancing it by four baffle plates B1, B2, B3, B4. Both lateral ends of the slurry S on the belt 5 are oriented to inside by a guide plate 8 to increase slurry solid content concentration of both the end parts, thereby increasing a slurry amount. A papermaking sheet 7 with small difference in thickness between both ends and center is wound and laminated in plural layers on a making roll at a rear end of the strip 4, then cut in a predetermined length, pressed, cured to be hardened, then autoclave cured, to be completely hardened. Both end thin parts of the sheet are contracted to reduce end scrap and occurrence of warp.
