PURPOSE: To enhance utilizing efficiency of steam by introducing regenerated steam from each two phase-separating device installed on exit side of steam in each papermaking drier to fixed papermaking drier according to command of reuse operation and controlling means.
CONSTITUTION: Two phase-separating devices 14a and 14b, etc., are installed on exit side of steam in respective papermaking dryers 11a and 11b, etc., and returning lines 16a and 16b, etc., are connected to respective papermaking dryers 11a and 11b, etc. Various plant informations of papermaking plant are used as input parameters in the controlling and operating device and the most suitable combination of papermaking dryers for reusing regenerated steam from respective two phase-separating devices is operated, then open and shut control of the various open and shut valve 17aa and 17ab, etc.; 17ba and 17bb, etc.; 17ca and 17cb, etc.; are performed.
