PURPOSE: To make the quick avoidance of obstruction and reaching any spot possible by connecting each lanyard vertically provided on each right and left side of an umbrella body to the front and back of a seesaw shape member keeping a fixed distance, at least one on the front side and one on the rear side, and connecting them to the airframe of a para-plane at a supporting point, and trembling the seesaw shape member.

CONSTITUTION: A lanyard 2a on the front side and a lanyard 2b on the rear side of a parachute 1 are connected with a seesaw 6 in the fore-and-aft direction leaving an appropriate distance, its midpoint is connected to a main body 3 at a supporting point 7, and one end is trembled in the seesaw shape by a servo motor 9, thereby the elevation angle of the parachute 1 can be freely controlled, and taxing, take-off climbing, cruising, descending and landing can be performed quickly and accurately. In addition, since the relative variation, increase, decrease in the right and left of the elevation angle can be freely and quickly performed, the lateral movement in air, steep climbing, dividing or quick braking at landing can be performed at the mercy of a pilot or a remote operator on the ground.
