PURPOSE: To provide a parachute toy of a new type not existing in the past.

CONSTITUTION: This parachute toy is constituted of a fan-shaped rotatable canopy section 1, a vacant chamber 2 provided below the canopy section 1 and having vent holes 2e discharging air downward, an air pipe 5 feeding air into the vacant chamber 2, and a skirt section 9 provided below the canopy section 1. When air is vigorously fed through the air pipe 5, the vacant chamber 2 is extended and expanded, air is discharged from the air vents 2e, and the whole parachute toy is floated upward by the force. When the feeding of air is stopped, the skirt 9 is opened, the parachute toy is lowered like a parachute, and the canopy section 1 is rotated like a windmill.
