PURPOSE: To provide a safe and stable gliding state at all times by providing valve members for preventing the reverse flowing of air flowed into wing members through air inlets to the outside in the air inlets in a number of wing members constituting a paraglider.
CONSTITUTION: A paraglider includes a number of streamline bag-like wing members 1 successively provided in one horizontal direction to have air inlets 2 formed in the front parts thereof. In this case, in the air inlet 2 of each wing member 1, a reverse flow preventing valve 3 is provided for preventing air flowed into the wing member during paraglider gliding from flowing reversibly from the air inlet 2 and being discharged to the outside of the wing member 1. The reverse flow preventing valve 3 is made of, for example a cylindrical sheet, the periphery end of one end part thereof is fixed to the air inlet 2, a side thereof is knitted to the inside of the wing member 1, and the other end part is formed to be freely opened/closed. Thus, during reverse air flowing, the air inlet 2 is tightly shut by firmly fixing the reverse flow valve 3.
