Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL: A compounds of formula.
USE: Parasticides, which are slightly water-soluble and very soluble in organic solvents, and are effective against parasites, especially worm epozoa, insects, and acarids in humans animals and plant, and are used for preventing and treating ectoparasite and endoparasite.
PROCESS: The strain of Penicillium charlesii MF5123 (Accept number ATCC 20841) (Merk & Co. stored culture strain) is cultured with aerobic fermentation in medium containing carbon, nitrogen, inorganic salts which can be assimilated by micro-organisms at 20-30°C to obtain the compound of the formula.
