Abstract:
To accurately grasp the deterioration of a filler of a solar cell module and the deterioration of solar cells themselves by accurately determining the amount of decrease in shunt resistance from the IV characteristics of the solar cells, which are subject to other factors such as solar radiation fluctuations and instrument errors.SOLUTION: A parallel resistance calculation device calculates a reverse saturation current of a diode portion of a solar cell using a temporary resistance value of a parallel resistance and repeats the calculation while changing the temporary resistance value until the reverse saturation current matches a specified value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
