A parallel-distributed processing system 1 stores the same processing program for connecting a plurality of information processing equipment (personal computers (PC)A0-A7) equipped with a CPU, a ROM, a RAM and a storage device at least so that signals can be received. The information processing equipment is determined which generates a processing signal assigning contents to be processed by a plurality of information processing equipment (PC A1-A7) and which transmits this processing signal to a plurality of remaining information processing equipment (PC A1-A7) as an instruction machine (PC A0). A plurality of remaining information processing equipment are determined which receive the processing signal as processing machines (PC A1-A7) and which perform parallel distributed processing.
