Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a parallel fiber exhibiting biodegradability when buried in soil, etc., and having excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength.
CONSTITUTION: The parallel fiber is made of an aliphatic polyester having a melt viscosity of 1.0×103 to 1.0×104 poise at 190°C and a shearing rate of 1,000sec-1 and a melting point of 70-190°C.
