Abstract:
To provide a parallel ruler that can enhance linear accuracy in working and that can be compact.SOLUTION: A parallel ruler 40 for a portable working machine 1 that is driven by an electric motor 4 includes two linkage members 60 for attaching the parallel ruler 40 to a base 2 of the portable working machine 1. According to the adjustment of a linkage pitch P2 of the two linkage members 60, a whole length L of the parallel ruler 40 itself extends and shrinks. Unlike conventional ones, the whole length L of the parallel ruler 40 is short and the parallel ruler 40 can therefore be compact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
