PURPOSE: To obtain a parallel switched capacitor circuit which constitutes a resistance circuit that has high precision and a high resistance value and can be integrated, by connecting switched capacitor circuits which have a positive and a negative equivalent resistance value respectively in parallel.
CONSTITUTION: The switched capacitor (SC) circuit 21 which has the positive equivalent resistance value and the SC circuit 31 having the negative equivalent resistance value are connected in parallel between terminals IN and OUT to constitute the parallel SC circuit. The equivalent resistance value Reqa of one SC circuit 21 of the parallel SC circuit of said constitution is 1/Ca.f0, where Ca is the value of a capacitor 24 and f0 is the frequency of clock pulses 1 and 2. On the other hand, the equivalent resistance value Reqb of the other SC circuit 31 is 1/Cb.f0, where Cb is the value of the capacitor 36 in the SC circuit 31. The equivalent parallel resistance R0 of the circuits 21 and 31 is high as shown by an equation in a figure. The values of the capacitors 24 and 36 are minimum units of capacity which is controllable by the present IC manufacture technique, so said parallel resistance can hold a value of high precision.
