CONSTITUTION: This parer is formed as a scissors-like implement, pressure holding operation parts 13 are faced horizontally to each other, one of them is defined as a saw tooth-like receiving blade body 2 so that the outside end edge of the receiving blade body 2 is bitten into a rind of a chestnut, and also, the other is defined as a cutting blade body 3 of both blades, and moreover, the cutting blade body 3 is faced to a center line of the receiving blade body 2, and as for the pressure holding operation parts 13, the surface and the reverse side thereof are made symmetrical.
