Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control the length of a parison with good accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A parison movement sensor 31 is installed on the given position below a die 1, and the drawdown of acceleration of a parison 6 is computed based on the movement of the parison 6, and compared with the optimum drawdown acceleration by a comparison section 37, and then the difference between two drawdown accelerations is input into a corrected value computation section 38. A signal for feedback controlling a die gap 5 output from a program signal generator 15 based on a signal from the comparison 37 is computed by the corrected value computation section 38.
